In and out and also it is true to size for lbs :)
We chose this car seat because we liked evenflos car seats that we got to look at, hold, adjust and play with at other stores. However, we really liked the Z handles. So when we saw this one on Amazon, it was perfect. Well when our car seat arrived it had everything except for the Z handle. I called amazon, and they were a bit confused and thought I had just ordered the wrong one, They were very good about allowing me to ship it back for free. I called evenflo and they explained, what was pictured here on amazon was not accurate, that they only make straight handles now, they were very sorry and said they would get amazon to correct the mistake, it's been over a week and they still have yet to make the correction. I just want other people to be aware in case they were as enthusiastic about the handle as I was.
